Shipping

All pieces are made to order; please allow 2-3 business days for processing (not including shipping time).

We currently offer shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, European Union, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan only. We apologize for any inconvenience to customers outside these regions.


Shipping to US

Express Shipping: Free, 3-5 business days.


Shipping to Canada

Express Shipping: $20, 3-5 business days.


Shipping to UK & European Union

Express Shipping: $40, 3-5 business days.


Shipping to China

Express Shipping: $80, 3-5 business days.


Shipping to Hong Kong & Macau

Express Shipping: $80, 3-5 business days.


Shipping to Taiwan

Express Shipping: $80 USD, 3-5 business days


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. 


Delays or Issues

While we strive to meet our shipping commitments, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Kindly note that due to the bespoke nature of these items, solid gold and platinum jewelry, as well as any custom-designed pieces, are not eligible for return.

Please note that if the product and its packaging are damaged without prior notification before initiating the return, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible. It is essential to inform us of any damage before proceeding with the return process.

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service to obtain a shipping label. Kindly provide your order number, and if possible, include the reason for the return (optional). Your opinion is valuable and will help us improve. Once you receive the shipping label, kindly return the package in its original condition.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
